Voice is personality, and the tone is temperament. Voice is fixed. It's who you are (or who your company is). So tune the tone according to the situation, mood, moment, space on the screen, device, and what else is needed.

When tuning the tone, you're writing something that will truly help users and make it sound like your brand, your personality. For example: a traditional bank and a cool crypto wallet have the same goal: make users flow through their journey. They need to say the same things but in completely different ways.
